2017 HSA COLAs Issued
(May 2, 2016) The IRS issued Revenue Procedure 2016-28 to announce the 2017 cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) applicable to dollar limitations for health savings accounts (HSAs). These cost-of-living increases include an adjustment to the annual contribution limitation for individuals with self-only high deductible health plan (HDHP) coverage. The annual contribution limitation for individuals with family HDHP coverage as well as the requirements of a high deductible health plan remain unchanged. To access the updated charts, click here.
